Quality & Certificates

How we manufacture

ASMC combines MEKOSAN multi-block drawing with controlled thermal and surface treatment to deliver consistent, application-ready wire products. Rod is drawn to tight diameter tolerances, annealed in-line where required to balance strength and ductility, then hot-dip galvanised with regulated bath chemistry and air-wipe control for uniform coating mass. For fencing systems, wires can be PVC-coated after galvanising to enhance weather resistance. Dedicated lines form barbed and concertina wire, weave chain-link mesh, and produce baling wire in both mill coils and small coils. Final operations include precision rewinding, spooling, straightening and cut-to-length to match downstream equipment and site handling.

Quality assurance

Every production lot follows a defined plan covering tensile/elongation, bend/torsion and wrap tests, dimensional tolerances, coating mass and adhesion, and surface cleanliness. Coating classes are verified against customer requirements; formability checks ensure coatings remain intact during twisting, tying and weaving. Traceability runs from heat number and drawing route through galvanising parameters to packaging ID, and a consolidated document pack—test results and MTC to EN 10204 (3.1 on request)—is issued with each shipment.

Conformity & national approvals

ASMC maintains AZS national conformity for relevant wire families, issued through INTERSERT as an accredited certification body. Our testing and conformity documentation are supported by AZAK (Azerbaijan Accreditation Centre), ensuring that laboratory results and certification activities meet recognised national accreditation requirements. Alongside AZS/INTERSERT approvals, products are manufactured to the applicable EN/GOST references for mechanical performance, dimensional tolerances and coating quality, giving buyers a clear, audit-ready basis for specification and acceptance.
